Women’s Circles offer a safe and gentle space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together and share.
To sit in circle with the energy of sisterhood
A gathering of women coming together where your invited to be yourself and know that your fully accepted
To draw apon the powerful under the light of New/Full Moon
Rich in energy, honouring Mother Earth and the goddess within .
Together, creating a scared space, share ritual & journey in mediation. Experience the support and feel the loving energies in healing, empowering our insights
We’re share and express what we desire to bring in
set our intentions going into this new energy and cycle.
There will be fire for smoking/ smudging our bodies as it is the perfect time to do an energy cleanse and to clear away any stuck or lingering energy that you no longer need to hold that can be released
We dance, we chant, we sing and play divine music , we laugh, we cry – any form of expression is welcomed to release and bring it back to gratitude
Embodying the truth of each moment through acknowledging our unity of spirit and to ground this collective experience through our bodies and into our daily lives
We open our hearts connection to our divine source – to all that I am and who we are
We gather together in a circle to speak from the heart.
The intention is to create a judgment-free space where we can all express our journeys, our gratitudes, to honour our pain, to see with new eyes and go forth into life with clarity, love and juiciness.
It is a space where we can actively listen and relate, to experience the ecstasy of empathy. A place for belonging. It is a space where we can turn all stones; no matter how difficult life is, this is a space where we can be heard, seen, witnessed.
Some things you might reflect on before the circle:
- Where are you right now emotionally?
- What are you grateful for?
- What hurts?
It’s OK if you don’t specifically reflect on anything, just show up and be you.
We respect mutuality and make sure that everyone has the chance to speak if they want to.
As much as the moon circle is about creating space for speaking from one’s heart, it is equally about listening.
Please be aware of how much space you take in conversations – both in not shrinking yourself, not expanding or speaking over others or interrupting others, but just standing your own sacred ground.
Along with a heartcircle, we do other rituals, games, meditations, and embodiment techniques.
